Molo's menu

The burgers offered at Molo are all freshly prepared. The ingredients are mostly sourced regionally and care is always taken to ensure that the ingredients are of good quality.

The international chefs know how to give the burgers their very special taste. The kitchen holds space to prepare 15 burgers at the same time. However, Molo offers space for 200-250 guests at a time. That's because Molo was actually a brewery and bar, not a restaurant.

Accordingly, it can get pretty hectic in the kitchen, especially during prime time. However, the 2-3 chefs per shift are well-established and don't let the stress take away their fun of cooking.
