The three types of beers brewed in Molo

Everyday Beers

These beers are easy to consume with minimal thought. They have delicate flavors that are subtle and allow for minimal thought. These beers typically are made for mass consumption. Styles that fit this group are Helles, Pilsners, Kolsch, Pale Ale and many other lighter style beers.

Complex Beers

These beers can be light in nature, but they have more complex flavor features. They give the drinker more flavors to pull out and find. They can be intense but tend to be balancing, even if they lean in certain directions; such as hoppy or malty. Styles that fit this group are IPA, Porter, Belgian Beers, Wheat beers, and many many more.

Challenging Beers

These beers excite the consumer by having intensely complex flavor components. They tend to be very challenging to understand at first glance, and give the drinker more to look for. They typically are not understood by new beer drinkers, but overtime enjoyed by most. Styles that fit into this group are Double IPAs, Imperial Stouts, Belgian Quad, Sours, and so many more.
